Privacy Policy
Aimgod is a personal planner for your day, your spheres of life and your habits. This page explains what we store, why, and what control you have over it. Short version: your data is used only to run Aimgod for you. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.
Who we are
What we store
- Your Google account basics when you sign in: name, email address and profile photo.
- What you create in Aimgod: tasks, subtasks, spheres, descriptions, times, reminders, repeat rules, video links and your focus text.
- A profile photo, if you upload one. It is cropped and resized in your browser before it reaches us.
- Technical data needed to keep the service running, such as session cookies and standard server logs.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When you connect it, Aimgod asks only for permission to create secondary calendars and manage the events in them (the calendar.app.created scope). Aimgod creates one calendar called “Aimgod” and keeps one event per task in it, with your reminders and sphere colours.
Aimgod cannot see, read or change any of your other calendars or events. We store a refresh token so the sync keeps working, and the id of the Aimgod calendar. You can disconnect at any time from the profile menu; the token is then revoked and deleted.
Aimgod’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to show your tasks in your own calendar. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to train AI models, and not read by people except when you ask us for support or the law requires it.
Apple Calendar
Who processes your data
- Supabase hosts the database and handles sign in.
- Vercel hosts the application.
- Google provides sign in and, if you connect it, Google Calendar.
- Paddle processes subscription payments. We never see or store your card details.
- Mixpanel (USA) counts how the app is used, for example that a task was created or a day was opened, so we can see what helps. It gets your account's random id and your country, never your name, email, IP address or what you write. No cookies are used for this.
Each of them processes data only to provide their service to Aimgod.
