Refund Policy

Every purchase of Aimgod can be refunded in full within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to every customer worldwide.

This is more generous than the EU right of withdrawal: we do not ask you to give up the refund when you start using Aimgod right away, and it is not limited to customers in the EU or the UK.

• Write to creayous@gmail.com from the email you used for the purchase, or
• Find your order at paddle.net and request the refund there.

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so the refund is issued by Paddle to the card or account you paid with. How fast it reaches you depends on your bank, usually a few business days.

A refund of Founding Member access ends your Founding Member status, your early access to Premium features and the 2 years of Premium that come with it. Your account and your data stay; you simply go back to the free plan.

If Aimgod is discontinued before January 31, 2029, Founding Members get a pro rata refund for the unused full months of the 2 year Premium term (February 1, 2027 to January 31, 2029). We will contact you by email and send it through Paddle.

Premium is a subscription you can cancel at any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew.

The first payment of a Premium subscription can be refunded in full within 14 days. Later renewals are not refunded, except where the law of your country requires it.
